Where We Are Now
Your Appraisal Has Been Scheduled
The appraisal is part of your lender’s process for determining the property’s value for the loan. You do not need to attend; access is coordinated with the listing side.
What happens with the value?
If the appraisal supports the purchase, we generally keep moving. If it comes in below the purchase price, we’ll review the appraisal, your financing, your Agreement of Sale and the options available under your transaction.
