You Bought a House
Where We Are Now

Time to Make an Offer

You found a house you want to buy. Now we’re going to decide what you want your offer to look like before I prepare the Agreement of Sale.

An offer is more than price

We’ll talk through the purchase price, deposit, financing, inspections, inspection timeframes, settlement date, and the other terms that make up your offer.

If there’s competition

We’ll separate actual offers from general interest and talk about how you want to compete, if you want to compete at all. We’ll decide what the house is worth to you and where your stopping point is.

Once we decide the terms

I’ll prepare the Agreement of Sale and the supporting documents that apply to this offer. You’ll review the full package before anything is submitted to the seller.

Paperwork Progress

At this point, we should already have your standing buyer information and financial documentation.

Consumer Notice
Buyer Agency Agreement
Buyer information
Preapproval or proof of funds

Your offer package is now being prepared:

□ Agreement of Sale
□ Buyer closing-cost estimate
□ Required disclosures/notices
□ Deposit-related forms/notices
□ Inspection-related forms/addenda
□ Additional addenda or property-specific forms, when needed
